We are home for the final game of the regular season and our ticket is punched for the playoffs but we still have business to do with the Patriots this week. We played the Patriots 5 weeks ago and won that game on the road 24-17. Josh Allen led the team to win with a performance of 17 for 31, 295 yds but had 5 INTs in the game. You are not supposed to win a game with 5 INTs in a game, but he did with help from our running game. The game was close but the running game from both Cook and Moss helped us. Both run for over 40 yds and a rushing TD in the game. Also defensive was able to score, helping us in that was Jaylon Johnson, as he took one back for a pick 6. This week we are hoping this will be different and be able to score in the end zone. Allen must take a few shots down field but the short and medium throwing is going to be important to move the ball in the air. For that to happen, rushing must be top notch to open the passing game. Our game plan this week; last time around. We were able to get to Mac Jones. We got 2 sacks on him and 3 INTs in the game. We need to defend the short passing game from Jones and force him to throw deep as his passing rating is near 79. On the offensive side of the ball, we need to run some blitz counter plays so they cannot get to Allen and give Allen sometime in the pocket.
