The film tells about the technological equipment and a wide range of capabilities at the factories of MBSPC Cytomed, comparing modern production with an orchestra. The both organisms are a well-tuned orderly mechanism, striving for harmony and perfection of the final product – be it pharmaceutical substances, finished dosage forms or musical sound. At the modern plant, as in the perfectly coordinated orchestra, every element is in its place and performs a strictly defined function. Sophisticated production equipment, much like musical instruments, comes to life under the guidance of an experienced specialist to form perfect technological lines. All production footage was shot at the MBSPC Cytomed factory in the St. Petersburg SEZ (Novoorlovskaya area). The "Technologies as Art" film is prepared for the 30th anniversary of Cytomed.
