The 2013 Rehab Parliamentary Pancake Race will be officially started by Sky News presenter Lorna Dunkley. Ahead of the official race, she discusses her thoughts on the race and who she thinks will be the winner. The race, which will be held in Victoria Tower Gardens outside the Houses of Parliament, London, on Shrove Tuesday, 12th February, is a popular parliamentary fixture and always draws crowds of pancake-flipping enthusiasts. The event supports Rehab as an organisation which helps transform the lives of disabled people and others who are marginalised by enabling them to become more active and independent and play a fuller part in their communities.
