You can create 2D Lipsync in Blender with Grease Pencil and the Rhubarb 2D lipsync addon. 1. Create your mouth layer in Grease Pencil 2. Use the time offset set to "Frame hold" 3. Draw your mouth shapes required by the addon, or retarget your own using the frame number 4. Target your sound file (must be a .WAV file) 5. Click on Generate Rhubarb, and the generated keyframes will be set to stepped (automatically).
